The worst-case scenario is a new Run8 V3 installation that must be brought up to date, and in this case, there could be 1100+ files for the app to download. This could take 15 minutes or so, but is a one-time event.

If you are simply updating from the previous version of V3, it should only take a minute or two as the number of files will be much less.
